Craving sugary sweets?! You need chromium, sulfur, tryptophan! So instead eat broccoli, cabbage, beans, kale, cranberries, grapes


Craving bread?! You need nitrogen! So instead eat beans, peas, lentils, oatmeal, spinach, mushrooms


Craving fatty snacks?! You need calcium! So instead eat kale, almonds, spinach, okra, oranges, broccoli, sesame seeds


Craving coffee?! You need phosphate, sulfur, iron! So instead eat nuts, black cherries, legumes, onions, red peppers, garlic


Craving alcohol?! You need protein, calcium, potassium! So instead eat broccoli, kale, legumes, bananas, oatmeal


Craving carbonated drinks?! You need calcium! So instead eat kale, almonds, spinach, okra, oranges, broccoli, sesame seeds
